Excelente la atención de los dueños y el personal. Muy atentos y al pendiente de cualquier cosa. Súper cerca del balneario la cruz. La habitación la limpian día a día. Y te dan descuento si vas del H. Catita. Se puede ir caminando o en micro al centro. Está muy cerca.

Muy amables en el servicio, habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas, cuenta con agua caliente y esta muy cerca del centro de Tecozautla y del balneario "la cruz" ademas de contar con descuento para el mismo. A 15 minutos del Géiser
Definitivamente uno de los mejores hoteles que se puede visitar en familia, habitaciónes muy limpias, son muy amables, resuelven rapido las dudas y necesidades, esta a unos pasos del balneario y los desayunos del hotel son preparados como en casa , gracias Catita.
La verdad el lugar está muy lindo, el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son limpias amplias y cumplen con la mayoría de sus requisitos, tiene lugares para pasar en familia muy cómodos, la alberca es amplia solo que el día que fui estaban como dándole mantenimiento y no había agua, hasta encontramos una respiente de cascabel pero la sacamos de ahí. La verdad si recomiendo el hotel
